Graduate Trainee – Internal Audit

We are seeking a number of enthusiastic Graduate Trainees to join our Internal Audit team as part of our summer 2025 intake.

About the job

We require a number of enthusiastic graduates to join our busy Internal Audit department.  Working with an ambitious team of professionals, the successful candidate will develop the full range of skills and experience to allow them to contribute effectively to the service offerings of our team.  Full support through professional Internal Audit training will be offered (CIIA) over a 3-year fixed term training contract.     

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in audit assignments (planning, testing, report writing, attending meetings, etc)
• Liaising with the full range of clients – private, public and charitable sectors
• Any other tasks, as directed

Management team, named buddy

About you

You must be able to contribute to a professional environment and work effectively across our client base.  You must be working towards, or hold, an honours degree (2:1 minimum, Risk Management discipline preferred) and have excellent grade Higher Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications). An ability to plan and achieve deadlines is essential in order to gain staged exam success as well as effectively deliver to our clients.  A quality approach to work, positive communication skills, enthusiasm and ambition are key to success.  In return, you will receive first-class coaching and mentoring.

Other information

Based: The role will be based at the office location; 50% hybrid
Contract:  3 Year Fixed Term Training Contract
Hours: 35 hours/week, 7 hours/day, Mon-Fri
