Our CSR programme is led by a dedicated committee of colleagues who meet monthly to plan fundraising events, coordinate volunteering opportunities, and keep our community activity connected across all our offices.

The committee involves colleagues from various teams and across all levels, including leadership and partners.

Getting involved

All Wbg colleagues receive one paid day of CSR leave each year to volunteer for a charity of their choice – whether that’s one of our charities of the year or a cause closer to their own heart.

Throughout the year we organise and participate in a range of events, from bingo, quizzes, games nights and raffles – with prizes that may include an extra day of annual leave – to the Kiltwalk. The variety gives everyone a way to take part, whatever that looks like for them.
