Our Trainee Accelerator Programme is a structured development programme for our entry-level colleagues, running alongside your professional studies. It covers the skills that qualifications don’t – communication, commercial awareness, time management, planning and presentation – and builds them through practical modules, peer networking and involvement from senior colleagues.

This proactive programme runs at the forefront of your first year with us. Partners and managers are actively involved in delivery, which means you’re learning from the people doing the work, not a training function operating separately from the core business.
