The programme

Our School Leavers Programme runs over five years and is delivered in partnership with ICAS and Robert Gordon University.

Alongside your day-to-day client work, the programme provides sponsorship to achieve your Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, and there’s the opportunity to gain a university degree at the same time, combining real-world experience with academic achievement.

From day one, you’ll work with real clients across a range of sectors. You’ll be supported by senior colleagues who are genuinely invested in your development, with structured coaching and mentoring alongside our Trainee Accelerator Programme to build the professional skills that complement your technical studies.

Your role

The programme intake opens in spring and is open to those interested in building a career in external audit.

External audit helps clients meet their statutory obligations while delivering real insight and value beyond compliance. You’ll work with companies across a range of sectors in the UK and gain insight into how different organisations operate.

As part of your practical experience, you’ll develop strong professional relationships and understanding of how to support clients. You’ll be part of a team built on long-term relationships, trust and candour, and understands the pressures and expectations that companies face.
